K/1 Class Interviews Parents/Grandparents in the StoryDrive Lab and Celebrates Mrs. Megan
Our K/1 classes had a busy week! After interviewing parents and grandparents in the StoryDrive Lab on Tuesday, they held a small party for Mrs. Megan since she is expecting her second child soon and will not be at school during the end-of-year festivities in May. Thank you to the parents who sent in contributions for Mrs. Megan’s favorite snacks and drinks, asked your students to make her a card, and helped purchase a few needs for Baby Lewallen.

Students in grades 3-5 were in the garden this week. They painted rocks to border the garden and planted radishes. Much hands-on learning took place too as they applied measuring and temperature skills to the planting efforts.
