K โ 5TH GRADE

Our Kindergarteners had a fun time placing a pie on Miss Kayla’s face! They also had drawing activities with 1st graders, an end-of-the-year party, and an under-the-sea memory match!














Our 1st graders in their T/Th and M/W classes were able to enjoy many activities that included the following:
- A librarian from the Denmark Library visited and introduced the summer reading program, and read a few books!
- They earned a Pizza Party for their great behavior!
- Made their own math games to review the 1st-grade skills!
- Enjoyed the end-of-year party as they said aloha to the school year! The students had a hula hoop contest, water balloon fight, and yummy snacks! It was a fabulous day!
- A yearbook signing party!














































Our 2nd graders had tons of fun doing the following:
- An indoor beach day!
- A writing research for biography books.
- An end-of-the-year party!!
























Our 3rd graders in their M/W and T/Th classes also had a great time camping indoors! They used their creativity to use items as tents! They also flew airplanes outside.






















Check out what our 4th graders in their T/TH class accomplished this month:
- Harvested carrots
- In reading, they learned Spanish-based words and had a Cinco de Mayo party. They even finished their All About Reading Curriculum
- As a reward for their Read-a-thon, they had a slime party!
- Learned decimal numberlines
- Presented research projects








































































Our 4th and 5th graders in their M/W class had loads of fun and learning the following:
- In Social Studies, they learned about Roman Catacombs and used shaving cream to design shields.
- In reading, 5th graders read their children’s books to 1st-2nd graders.
- Harvested and tasted snap peas!
- Had a compost popcorn party!
- Presented their research projects.














































Our 5th graders learned a lot this month. Check out what they did:
- In Math, explored triangles using tape and how to determined the volume of shapes!
- In Writing, they presented their research papers and learned how to edit their papers.
- Read their children’s books to K-1s!

































Middle & High School

Several students visited SCAD! While 6th graders practiced experimentation in their Chemistry labs.














7th-grade students had team-building projects! They also got to present their Genius projects.













Our 9th graders had their Old Testament theology end-of-year projects and practiced their presentation skills.





10th graders had a hands-on lesson of trusting Jesus in the yoke He offers us. Willingness to trust Him and go with Him where He is leading!
