Though we had a short month, we enjoyed seeing our students express themselves in acts of kindness and love. It was still a busy month for us all!
FATHER AND DAUGHTER DANCE
Our Father/Daughter Dance was a night full of twirls, giggles, and unforgettable memories. From fancy dresses to proud smiles, it was so special to see our girls sharing such a joyful evening with their dads and special guests. Thank you to everyone who helped make this night so magical!










































































K โ 2ND GRADE

Kindergarteners decorated with tissue paper, practiced letter sounds, made friendship bracelets with patterns and had a pillow fighting club time! They also spent time earning Read-a-thon minutes, made constellations in Science, and had fun with Lincoln Logs!















Our 1st grade T/Th class learned about complete sentences with a Valentine theme, had lunch with Mrs. Kayla, and enjoyed the Scooter club!





























Our 1st/2nd M/W class had fun being architects. They used their measuring skills to make blueprints. First and Second Graders had fun at their Valentineโs Day Party eating heart shaped pizza, writing kind notes to classmates, making love bugs, and swapping Valentines. Second Graders had a Rock, Paper Scissors Tournament. They recorded their results and created graphs to show the results.












































Our 2nd grade T/Th class had used Oreos to learn moon phases in Science and made constellations. They also had a race in Social Studies!
































3RD – 5TH GRADE
Our 3rd graders in both M/W and T/Th classes gave summaries from outlines, learned phases of the moon, and a fun Valentine’s day party!
































Our 4th grade T/Th class celebrated birthdays and also learned moon phases through Oreos!








Our 4th/5th M/W class learned how to divide money and fractions in math!











Our 5th graders in the T/Th class checked compost and planting snap peas in their Garden Project. In ELA, they learned and sorted facts about text structures. They also learned about notable black history month figures with buddies and planned their door display.

















































ONE-ACT PLAY
CONGRATULATIONS to our middle school actors and Drama Director Jennifer Hammond! At the state middle school One-Act competition, they received a Superior rating (the highest possible rating!).




Middle & High School
From a field trip to clubs, our 6th through 11th graders loved exploring different types of learning with their peers!

Despite the rain, several students went to visit the University of Georgia!









Our students enjoyed being in their FCA club!







In ELA, our 7th graders were able to speak with our navigator student, Everett. They also looked at volcano patterns around the world!



Our 8th graders analyzed primary sources as groups begin their presentation on primary source analysis.
