Skittles Discipleship
Students in kindergarten through fifth grade learned that God designs all of us with special gifts and talents, creating us out of His great love for us and uniquely, much like He created the rainbow full of vivid colors. Students met in small groups and used Skittles to create different colors of water, reminding them how much God loves His creation.




Balloon Rockets in 8th & 9th
Students in 8th & 9th grade designed balloon rockets in groups, testing their speed and distance. They also spent time working on their Newton’s Laws of Motion projects.

Students were all smiles as they waited to be called for their turn with the portrait photographer. Teachers and staff got their photos taken as well.




Middle School Students Dive Deep into Bible History
Mrs. Hyland’s sixth and seventh-grade Discipleship students enjoyed acting out different biblical stories to learn about the cultural norms of the time and why these stories are so significant to our faith today. The family tree of Abraham; Jacob and his brother, Esau; and Rachel, Jacob and Leah were all highlighted in students’ dramatic narratives.
