We “caught” some friends in 7th grade helping each other pack up the cornhole game at lunch this week. Way to go, 7th graders!


7th Grade Buddies Work with Kindergarten and First Grade
The Buddies program is back! This week, our seventh graders worked on reading skills with their buddies in kindergarten and first grade.









4th & 5th Grade Discipleship Meets ELA Skills Practice
Ms. Jessica’s 4th graders and Mrs. Cori’s 5th graders practiced teamwork, critical thinking, inference, and character traits assessment skills as they solved “The Case of the Missing Muffins.” Afterward, they recognized that while we have to use all these skills to draw conclusions about things that happen, God is omniscient and knows all things.







Making the Earth’s Layers
The second through fifth-grade students made the Earth’s layers from edible ingredients.





Metaphors & Complexities
Our eighth-grade Life Skills students brainstormed to develop metaphors, illustrating that metaphors can help us understand more complex concepts.
